Each box will contain approximately  1 x 1kg to1.5kg roasting joints, 3 x 500g mince, 2 steaks  & 1.5kg of slow cooking cuts.
 
Every box is made up slightly different, no box will ever be quite the same and will vary from photos. Your beef box will be made up of a variety of the cuts listed below.
 
Joints - Topside, Silverside & brisket
Slow cooking cuts - Stewing steak, braising, chuck or skirt
Steaks - Sirloin, rump or ribeye
